Sujeewa has 23 years of hands-on experience acquired through success in managerial positions in the field of manufacturing in MAS and has gained a wealth of experience working closely with the world’s leading consultants and undergone overseas training. He has trained more than 1000 managers, executives, Team leaders, and Group Leaders for the lean concepts. Also, he coached more than 100 executives and managers for Lean Belts, Lean projects, and work-study techniques.
Over 20 years’ extensive hands-on experience in developing manufacturing processes, people development, and properly engage for process excellence. He has been extensively trained, coached, and mentored on Lean and System Development concept, by ex-Toyota employees and Toyota Production System (TPS) consultants.
He has been a pioneer member of the Lean Implementation Team in MAS Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. – 2005 and practically sounds in process improvement, Problem Solving Tools and Techniques application, and employee engagement for operational excellence, which are absolutely important for an organization to achieve the defined goals and objectives.
Over 10 years of experience in leading Lean process Improvements in manufacturing and support services. Over 4 years of experience in heading Lean Strategy in one of the independent business units.
