He has trained more than 1000 managers, executives, Team leaders, and Group Leaders for the lean concepts. Also, he coached more than 100 executives and managers for Lean Belts, Lean projects, and work-study techniques.

INDIKE JAYALAL

Over 20 years’ extensive hands-on experience in developing manufacturing processes, people development, and properly engage for process excellence. He has been extensively trained, coached, and mentored on Lean and System Development concept, by ex-Toyota employees and Toyota Production System (TPS) consultants.
