Introduction to Lean Green Belt | Lean Practitioner

Lean Practitioner Green Belt training includes combination of classroom learning, practical, self-study, coaching & mentoring consisting of approximately 45 hours (6 days in-class equivalency), not including time associated with project application and implementation.

With the Lean Practitioner Green Belt ,  the participants will obtain a deep lean knowledge through class-room trainings, practical lean capabilities through focused onsite practical sessions and specially developed set of simulations.

The Lean Practitioner Green Belts shall prepare and produce a portfolio of evidence of practical application and will be reviewed by a panel of Lean Black Belts or Certified Lean Experts or Certified TPS Practitioners (Grade III by Toyota Engineering Corporation)

Evaluation Criteria

  • Final examination (MCQ & Written) 2 hours

  • Individual Assignment ( Gemba Kaizen, Process Mapping & Problem Solving)

  • Group Assignment ( A3 Project )

  • Individual and group assignments will be reviewed on a given date by a panel of Lean black belts / Certified Lean Experts / Certified TPS Practitioners. The review guidelines will be provided during the course.

Certification

  • Pass criteria of minimum 70% for the final examination
  • 60% or above for individual assignments and the group assignments.
